Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Noshejan Afghan Masala
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Dry the chickpeas as best you can. Remove any loose skins that come off.
Bake for 15 minutes on a lined sheet pan to fully dry.
Remove from heat and combine chickpeas, olive oil, and Noshejan Afghan Masala in a mixing bowl. Mix well, thoroughly coating all chickpeas.
Spread evenly on a lined sheet pan.
Roast for 30 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, gently shake the sheet pan to mix up the chickpeas, allowing them to roast evenly.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
