1 cup uncooked duros
Canola oil for frying
1 lime, cut into quarters
1 tbsp Noshejan Fuego Fandango
Instructions
In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Bring to 350°.
Depending on the size of your pot, add enough Duros to cook comfortably without crowding. They will puff up to three times their original size. Cook in batches if necessary.
Cook for 1 minute, flipping once. Remove with a metal strainer and allow to rest on a paper towel-lined plate.
Squeeze the limes over the Duros.
Sprinkle the Noshejan Fuego Fandango over the Duros and mix well to ensure they are all coated.
