Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
4 cups corn
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Kewpie mayo
1/2 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
Zest & juice of one lime
2 tbsp Noshejan Fuego Fandango
1/2 cup Cotija cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the corn and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the garlic, mix well, and cook for one minute. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add the mayo, jalapeño, lime zest and juice, Noshejan Fuego Fandango, Cotija cheese, and cilantro. Mix well and serve hot.
