The magic lies in the addition of Noshejan's Fuego Fandango seasoning, an elevated blend of chili and lime, which adds a zesty kick that beautifully complements the mango's natural sweetness.

Ingredients
1/2 tsp saffron
1/4 cup boiling water
4 ice cubes
2 mangos, pitted & peeled
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Noshejan Fuego Fandango, plus more for the coating the edge of the glasses
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine saffron and boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Add the ice cubes.
Add the mango, yogurt, honey, Noshejan Fuego Fandango, and saffron water with ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Wet the rims of two glasses with a bit of water. Dip in remaining Noshejan Fuego Fandango. Pour the blended mango lassi evenly into both glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.
