1 cup diced tomatoes

Olive oil

1 tbsp Noshejan Peak Greek Technique

Instructions

Preheat the broiler.

In a small, oven-safe and shallow bakeware dish, arrange the feta cheese along the length and slightly stacked on the end of each piece.

Add the tomatoes, covering the feta and along the sides of the cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil, coating the cheese and tomatoes.

Evenly sprinkle Noshejan Peak Greek Technique over the cheese and tomatoes.

Broil for at least 10 minutes, until the feta begins to brown. Add another 5 minutes if the browning has not covered the entire top.
