Ingredients

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tbsp Noshejan Murch-e Masala Dar

3 cloves black garlic, mashed

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped fresh mint

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

 

Instructions

In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, Noshejan Murch-e Masala Dar, black garlic, honey, olive oil, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the lemon juice and blend again.

Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with a little extra honey and olive oil, and garnish with mint and pomegranate seeds.

Serve with warm pita or flatbread.
