The tender, shredded chicken is marinated with our Besyar Mazadar seasoning blend, infusing it with an irresistible mix of warm, earthy spices and a subtle kick of heat. This flavorful filling is rolled in flour tortillas and baked to golden perfection, creating a satisfying crunch with every bite.

Ingredients
1 mango, diced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
6 tbsp Noshejan Besyar Mazadar
2 cups shredded Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese
1 4 oz can of diced green chilies
4 garlic cloves, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup diced red onion
10 8" flour tortillas
Olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl, combine mango, vinegar, sugar and water. Mix well and set aside.
Combine the chicken, Noshejan Besyar Mazadar, cheese, green chilies, garlic, cilantro, and red onion in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Preheat oven to 425°.
Fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup chicken mixture in a line down the center. Top with pickled mango. Tightly roll the left side around the right.
Place each flauta, folded side down, on a lined sheet pan, making sure not to overcrowd.
Brush with olive oil. Cook for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with sour cream.
