Our version of chicken noodle soup is a comforting bowl of goodness that elevates the classic chicken soup to new heights. Infused with our Besyar Mazadar seasoning blend, this soup features tender, succulent chicken simmered in a flavorful broth that’s brimming with warm, earthy spices and a touch of aromatic heat. The addition of fresh herbs, hearty vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles creates a rich, satisfying texture that complements the depth of the broth.

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 large onion, diced
2 large carrots, diced
2 celery ribs, diced
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup flour
4 tbsp Noshejan Besyar Mazadar
10 cups chicken bone broth
1 tbsp miso paste
2 cups cubed cooked chicken thighs
1 12 oz package egg noodles, uncooked
2 tbsps chopped cilantro
Juice of one lemon
Instructions
In a large soup pot, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
Add the flour and Noshejan Besyar Mazadar. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Add the broth and miso paste. Stir until well combined. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes.
Bring the heat up to medium-high. Add the chicken and noodles. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Add the cilantro and lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot!
