Ingredients
1 cantaloupe, peeled & cut into 1" cubes
1/2 watermelon, peeled & cut into 1" cubes
1 pineapple, peeled, cored & cut into 1" cubes
2 kiwis, peeled, halved & sliced
1 cup jicama or daikon, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
Juice of 3 limes
2 tbsp Noshejan Fuego Fandango
2 tbsps freshly chopped mint
Instructions
Combine cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, and jicama in a large mixing bowl. *Jicama & daikon are not fruits, but we still call this recipe a fruit snack!*
Pour the lime juice over the fruit while mixing.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp Noshejan Fuego Fandango. Mix well. Sprinkle the remaining Noshejan Fuego Fandango and mix well again.
Garnish with mint and serve chilled.
