4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup flour

3 tbsps Noshejan Besyar Mazadar

Instructions

In a pot, add the potatoes and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

Add enough oil to a heavy-bottomed pan to bring the height to 1/4". Heat over medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, Noshejan Besyar Mazadar, garlic, and enough water to make a thick batter, about the consistency of pancake batter.

Cut the potatoes lengthwise 1/4" thick.
