Ingredients
2 large potatoes, peeled
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup flour
3 tbsps Noshejan Besyar Mazadar
Water
Frying oil
Instructions
In a pot, add the potatoes and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Add enough oil to a heavy-bottomed pan to bring the height to 1/4". Heat over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, Noshejan Besyar Mazadar, garlic, and enough water to make a thick batter, about the consistency of pancake batter.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise 1/4" thick.
Dip each slice in the batter and then place in the hot oil. Working in batches, cook for 4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
