Ingredients

1 lb scallops

2 tbsp Noshejan Umami Unico

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
Clean the scallops, cut each foot off, and pat dry. Season with Noshejan Umami Unico, covering all sides of each scallop.
Heat 3 tbsp butter over medium-high heat and the soy sauce in a large skillet. Add the scallops and cook for 2 minutes per side.
Heat the remaining 1 tbsp butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute. Add the panko and mix well.
Stir very often for 4 minutes until the panko is golden brown.
Garnish the scallops with the garlic-toasted panko.
Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
