Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp Noshejan Murch-e Masala Dar
Instructions
Mix together the yogurt, oil and Noshejan Murch-e Masala Dar. Add the chicken and coat each piece fully. Marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Place the chicken on a lined sheet pan and cook for 35-40 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 °.
Serve hot with rice.
