2 16oz bags frozen tater tots

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Noshejan Taco Zindagi + more for dusting

Sriracha aioli
*1/4 cup mayonaise
*1 tbsp lime juice
*1 tbsp Sriracha

1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup cooked black beans

1/4 cup sliced green onion

1/4 cup sliced green olives

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

2 tbsp diced shallots

1 cup cubed avocado
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, tater tots, and Noshejan Taco Zindagi. Mix well. Cook tater tots for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Sriracha aioli by combining the mayo, lime juice and Sriracha together, mixing well.
Top the tater tots with cheese, tomato, and beans.
Return the tachos to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted.
Drizzle the aioli over the tachos and top with the remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle Noshejan Taco Zindagi over the tachos.
