Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp + 2 tsp Noshejan Bacio Italiano
1 shallot, finely diced
1 tbsp miso paste
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko
1 large egg
1/2 cup Kewpie mayo
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 hamburger buns
Your favorite toppings!
Instructions
Combine ground turkey, 2 tbsp Noshejan Bacio Italiano, shallot, lemon, parmesan, panko, and egg in a large mixing bowl. Mix well by hand until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Line or grease a sheet pan. Divide the turkey mixture into four equal parts and form into four turkey patties. Place on a sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
Combine mayo, Sriracha, 2 tsp Noshejan Bacio Italiano, and lemon juice in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.
Lightly toast the inside of the hamburger buns and spread the mayo mixture on the inside of the toasted buns.
Place one turkey burger per bun and top with your favorite toppings!
