Ingredients

4 6oz cod filets

Olive oil

2 tbsp Noshejan Taco Zindagi

1 lemon, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Juice of one lime
-
1 tbsp Sriracha

2 cups shredded red cabbage
-
2 tbsp cup chopped cilantro
-
1/2 cup shredded carrots
-
1 green onion, sliced
-
2 cups cooked Moroccan couscous
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the cod flat side down in a baking dish or sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle Noshejan Taco Zindagi evenly amongst each filet. Place one slice of lemon on each filet. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
Mix together the yogurt, lime juice, and Sriracha. Add the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and green onion. Set aside.
Plate 1/2 cup couscous per plate. Sprinkle with Noshejan Taco Zindagi. Place cod filet on top of half the couscous. Place 1/4th of the cabbage slaw on top of cod and couscous.
