Ingredients
5 large Russet potatoes, peeled & cut into 1" cubes
Avocado oil
8 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsps Noshejan Besyar Mazadar
1 jalapeño, seeded, quartered & sliced
1 cup water
1 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Add enough oil to coat the bottom in a large, heavy-bottomed pot. Heat over medium-high heat.
Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add the garlic, Noshejan Besyar Mazadar, and the jalapeño. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the water and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat.
Add the cilantro and lime juice. Mix well and serve hot.
