Combine olive oil, orange juice, shallot, garlic, and Noshejan Lobo Rojo Adobo in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add the snapper and coat evenly with the marinade. Marinate for at least one hour, up to overnight.
Heat the oven to 400°. Place the filets on a lined sheet pan and discard the excess marinade.
Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets, when opaque and flakey.
In a large pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the green beans, bell pepper, shallot, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the cover and cook until water is evaporated and the green beans begin to char.
Serve the snapper alongside the green beans. Serve with lime to squeeze.
