Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This dish combines the robust flavors of our Montreal Magique seasoning with the natural sweetness of honey and the tangy depth of balsamic vinegar and topped with freshly grated Parmesan.

Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, washed & halved

1 tbsp Noshejan Montreal Magique

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine Brussels sprouts, Noshejan Montreal Magique, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well, making sure all sprouts are coated evenly.

Arrange evenly on a lined baking sheet, flat side down. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping at the 10-minute mark.

Drizzle the honey and balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts and top with Parmesan cheese.
