Roasted Veggies

Bursting with flavor and packed with nutrients, our perfectly roasted vegetables are a healthy and mouthwatering addition to any dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 delicata or acorn squash, sliced 1/2" thick

  • 1 fennel bulb, cut into 1/2" pieces

  • 5 large carrots, peeled & cut into 1/2' rounds

  • 2 small red onions, quartered

  • 4 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2" pieces

  • 10 cloves garlic, sliced thick

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 3 tbsp Noshejan Umami Unico

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°.

On a lined baking sheet, spread out the vegetables. Top with olive oil and Noshejan Umami Seasoning. Toss the veggies by hand until well coated.

Arrange evenly in a single layer.

Roast for 20 minutes.

Flip the veggies and cook another 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss well.

Serve warm.
